Nestled alongside the Fox River, and including a full-service container bar, our patio comes alive 12 months out of the year with a heated seasonal enclosure during the winter months.

Looking to host a party? Our private dining room adjacent to the brew house is certain to bring together small to medium sized private events in a vibrant sit down or cocktail environment.

While our beer is certainly the front man of this band, the supporting musicians are excellent players! We always have a great time at Alter! Had a great beer paring dinner which was a fun and unique experience. The service is always excellent and the staff members are friendly.

Excellent location next to the river and RT64 Bridge. Wide selection of interesting beers. Excellent food selection from healthy to decadent.

Everything was amazing. Putting booths in would be nice for more private dinners with your company. The restaurant is so open and distracting.

Food and drinks were tasty and it was nice to sit outside. I told them this was a birthday celebration and nothing was done. They even made us pay for our desert, which was surprising. Also, they tack on a 3% service charge at the bill if you pay by credit card (which I’ve never heard of for a restaurant) so bring cash unless you want to factor that into all the menu prices.
