The food is always phenomenal here. And it is the perfect place to go during the holidays because it’s right next to ice skating at PPG and Market Square.

Upon arriving the hostess barely raised her head to acknowledge we were there. She was too busy playing on a tablet. Server was okay, did bare minimum, example, we were never asked if we wanted a second drink. Food was very good. Love smaller pasta portions. Should also do this with salads.

Had a lovely family brunch to celebrate our daughter's college acceptance. Food and drinks were great! Our server (Corinne) was really attentive and really sweet. The ambience is great--especially around the holidays because you can see the PPG ice skating rink outside.

We had a reservation and they still ran out of bread! We didn’t get any. You call this an Italian restaurant?

Had 7:30 reservations on a very busy Saturday night during the holiday season; were seated within 10 mins of arrival. Ordered drinks first, then 2 apps (caesar salad & frito misto) about 10 mins after the drink order. The apps arrived before the drinks, so it definitely took awhile to get those. For meals, we ordered a small fusilli pasta, small spaghetti and the duck entree. It arrived in a timely manner, hot and every single bite was better than the next. The only minor hiccup was having to wait for plates as we had informed our server we were sharing everything; so we ended up having to wait for those. Not a huge deal though. Since we went for our anniversary, we splurged for dessert and went with the chocolate torta. Outstanding and would definitely order again. Perfect ending to the meal. The one thing that was kind’ve disappointing was that we were never offered the complimentary bread/oil. We didn’t end up NEEDING it bc we left with full bellies, but it would’ve been nice to try. Overall, we’d definitely be back to try more dishes because the food was really outstanding.

Most enjoyable part of dinner was the Atmosphere, table was fantastic, but that is where things came to a halt…wife order rigatoni and a SIDE of meatballs (2 for $9) and myself had the duck. The duck and gnocchi was cold and look to be just scattered on the plate with no effort for presentation. I certainly don’t mind paying higher prices in this economy for a good meal, but when you’re charging $28 for pasta (no salad, and having to pay extra for meatballs seems a bit much) and $42 for Duck you should have high expectations not just high prices. Outdoor seating looks enticing, might try again come Spring/Summer!

We appeared to be seated at the same time as several other tables despite reservations being required. You would think they would plan resys better. Service was very slow. It took a 1/2 hour to get our first round of drinks. Manager apologized and we figured things would improve but the second round we ordered when we were about done with appetizers. By the time they came I was finished with my entire meal. Waitress blamed the holiday weekend rush and said we should try them again on a Monday night! That won’t happen. I expect a nice restaurant to be staffed and prepared knowing it’s a busy weekend night.

It took over 15 minutes for a server to come to the table. We had to ask twice to send someone to our table. Manager finally took our table over.
