   We had a great dinner. We usually go to 1957 but wanted a change. Server was fantastic and food service was quick.

   We saw all those around get welcome shots.. we did not.. we asked our waitress and she told us it was an end of meal thing and made us feel like we didn’t know what it was about… she was not attentive at all… then when we got the bill it even said “welcome mango shot!” Poor service. Nice atmosphere.. food was mediocre.. price was fair.

   Pretty standard stuff. Don’t expect to be blown away by the food. Feels like the exact same menu at about 5 places along Ocean Drive.

   The food and service was excellent. Only downside was that they stop serving breakfast when we got there at 12 but lunch menu was very good and their flan was fantastic so all good. Highly recommend.

   Alma was a fun experience, very vibrant. Prices were reasonable. We were disappointed that the menu looked very American and I had to ask our waitress what entrees would be a good Cuban meal. One was recommended and it was good. If you are looking for great ambiance and people watching, this is your place. If you are looking for Authentic Cuban, you may want to look elsewhere.
