We only use real ingredients fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range chicken. Alma Bistro was born in 2022 a vision of Ulises Jimenez, head chef and owner of Don Rene Taqueria in Milford, CT, with Noberto Lucero as head chef and of course Alma Miranda. Together they've combined their passion for nuevo-latino food and custom cocktails with Alma Bistro, bringing you some of the best latino fusion in Fairfield County. The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced for the amount you got. You could tell that everything was homemade, nothing from a jar or a can. They certainly put the Soul in Alma.

Every single time we have eaten at Alma the food has been delicious. My favorite dish is the Tuna small plate! If you haven't tried Alma's - make a reservation!

Back for a second time in less than a week. Everyone loved the food. Valentina, our server, was helpful, and couldn’t have been more pleasant. A different take on some traditional foods. Highly recommend.

Love the food and cocktails at Alma Bistro! Never had a bad thing there. We shared a bunch of small plates this time and loved them all, trying to remember all of them but we love the nachos, empanadas, plantains, short rib…

Honestly one of the best meals I have had in a long time. We had about 7 appetizers and a medium plate to share between 3 of us. We tried a number of specials and some recommendations from the server and were absolutely blown away. Everything was delicious and well done and innovative! One dish - a flatbread with duck and arugula and a tamarind sauce was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this restaurant and would tell any foodie I know that they are in for a treat. it's also right next to the Norfolk Music Hall so if you are looking for food before a show - GO HERE!
