Although we reserved the fireplace table, we didn’t get it, and we’re told we had to sign a contract. It took 45-1hr to get our drinks. Despite this our server was great. The manager was a not professional and didn’t care at all about his customers.

Service was excellent. The menu is well laid out but food was just below top notch. The charcuterie board was small and a bit “prepackaged” and my carbonara had large pork belly chucks which done more tender and more flavorful. I thought the pork belles would be crispy and incorporated into the pasta and it was not. Over service is stellar. Food is good, not great.

Very mediocre food. Our server was terrible, just left us alone the whole time, didn’t refill drinks. Our original server left shortly after we got there and the replacement was basically MIA. Also the restaurant is extremely loud, hard to even have a regular conversation.

Hostess was rude, even though I had booked the certain - she seated is different place. Treating as if she is serving for free of cost. Food was okish - expensive for the quantity

Honestly, would love to have given this place a 5stars as food is delish, especially the cheese wheel pasta and the restaurant really is pretty. However, here is where I have to take 2 stars off, upon arrival, with a reservation mind you; I checked in with the hostess and wanted to seat my party of 5 inside, I let her know that on my OpenTable reservation I had requested the "lemon room" and also requested for seating outside. She proceeded to tell me that the patio was full and would check with her manager and she did so and said there was no available seating for 20 mins, my party agreed to wait but the manager quickly upped it too an hour wait. I felt like they were not accommodating and we luckily were able to get a table in doors in a similar lemon ceiling concept. The waitress was great, only thing was she failed to mentioned that any added protein to the cheese wheel was going to be double the price since it's portioned for two. All in all we had a good experience minus the issue with the initial check in.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Chilean Sea Bass was superb. Tiramisu was amazing. Will dine here again.

There was a family letting their kids ride their scooter up and down the restaurant and no one did anything about it. Very disruptive. The kids were obnoxious. So was the mom.
