Albion Clerkenwell is part of a small collection of food and drink destinations, specialising in unfussy and informal all-day dining. Just like our neighbourhood cafes in Shoreditch and Bankside, Clerkenwell has the same familiar feel but it’s the biggest Albion to date – with an even greater variety of exciting, tasty British food. In addition to a cafe serving our classic Albion menu, Clerkenwell offers several new dining options, bars and take-out counters – each with their own menu and unique feel – from a cosy pie room to a virtuous juice bar.

Hello- service was terrible. Had to wait up front for 5 mins for someone to notice me. And then whilst at table service terrible, had to flag down waiter/ waitress every time as they did not come over

This is one of my favourite restaurants in London, amazing food, friendly staff and a very chilled atmosphere. I highly recommend trying it +++

Service was terrible considering it wasn't even busy... I was ignored by staff on entry, even though I had a reservation. I asked for a coffee order x5 times, twice to the manager and also one of the waiters couldn't actually speak english to ask... Food is really average, so I'd avoid...

Yes it was a Wednesday night. But the restaurant was dead. And the service slow. How? when there was only one table occupied I don't know. The food and wine were very good. And the prices were keen. Apparently, the waiting staff don't get the tips if you pay by card so leave cash.

Went for a brunch meeting and the food was nice but the service wasn't great. Had to ask to order second round of drinks, then ask again when they hadn't appeared. Had to ask twice for the bill and despite lots of staff being around getting attention was quite hard. Good location and might go back for food but not when in a hurry.

Great food and nice buys atmosphere but the service wasn’t great, asked for the bill and had to wait 25 mins to actually pay! We then put our coats on and headed to the till where we weren’t met with much interest, if I’m honest it would’ve been pretty easy to walk out!
