   Had a table of 6 and ordered food to share. The Tomahawk steak was great, and the caesar salad really a large portion (and uniquely good). Nice bar and the decor will stay in style for many years. First time there and really impressed. Nice staff as well.

   Very over priced. Didn’t live up to the hype. 70 for 4 small fatty lamb chops is way over priced. Beef tip papardelle was all sauce, couldn’t taste the beef, pasta was over cooked. Our entire party was disappointed

   We had a great server, food was great too. I would have given 5/5 however…. We started our meal saying that we were pacing so we could actually make it to the dessert and still have room. I ordered on the lighter side to make sure… our server knew my husband was vegetarian and we discussed the apple dessert as being the only option. Fast forward to the dessert menu, nope no vegetarian options, unless you want some scoops of sorbet. For this type of experience it is unbelievable that there is no real dessert options, especially when vegetarian dessert are the easiest. We also were disappointed that this seasonal menu doesn’t have multiple vegetarian main course options (only gnocchi available), especially since the chef is amazing. Bottom line, I believe Alara could have more vegetarian/vegan options.

   Great food, ambience & service. Ski was our waiter and was top notch, I would definitely recommend Alara.
