   Such a unique place to visit! Chocolate is incorporated into everything, even subtly in the salad dressing. The fondue is delicious and great for sharing. I would describe the ambience as “romantic kitschy”. The service is great too, even tho you order at a counter, they bring everything to you at the table, including water service.

   To be fair I can’t say much about the food… I had the winter park hot chocolate and that was on point… I plan on going back for their 3 tier charcuterie board… very chill spot

   Service: The staff was very nice and accommodating. They did seem very short staffed for the Saturday after Valentine’s Day. Food: The food was ok. The waffles from the tea tower were a bit hard and they were not very warm when we received them. The croissant choices were good. Chocolate selection is amazing. I would mot go back for tea but perhaps just to buy some chocolates. Ambiance: Again keep in mind that this was the Saturday after Valentine’s Day so they were still quite busy. The chairs were very low and the cushion was sunken in. They should probably be replaced or refilled. Tables were quite close together so you could hear the conversation of the party right next to you.

   This was a girl brunch for 10, for me and my girls. The food was excellent, it all had the right amount of chocolate and not overwhelming with much. They had bottomless mimosas and Bellini. The coffee was great. Our overall experience was excellent. I will go back for sure.

   It was our first time there and we had made a reservation. We did didn’t know you had to order your food first so when we checked in for a reservation that took 10 minutes to get acknowledged and then we sit at the table for 15 minutes before finally asking if we need to go up to order ourselves.

   Alexis, I personally apologize for your less than great visit. You should have been greeted and a host had to explain how this works. We ask guests to order at the counter so everyone can see all the chocolate and cake selection. We have over 180 varieties to choose from, simply too much for any menu. But I do understand that it is frustrating if no one explained... Once again my apologies and we hope to see you soon. Edwin
