   Not worth the cost despite being the only afternoon tea experience in the area. You're paying to be at the Ballantyne and not for quality. Three small savories, one sweet sandwich, a scone, and four desserts per person. Nothing was memorable or even that good. Tea came out colder than it should have and they had to be asked multiple times to refresh the tea before they remembered. Add on a mandatory 24% service charge and it all falls flat.

   The food and the service were excellent. I was pleased that my dietary restrictions (vegetarian) were accommodated. The seating area was lovely and provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There is also plenty of free parking. I would definitely return.

   Our server was amazing! She found out it was my twin granddaughters’ 13th birthday and she brought them mini cakes with candles! Before we left, she brought each of them a rose! Such a thoughtful action. My granddaughters continued to talk about how nice and sweet our server was after we got home!

   Requested a more quiet table due to disabilities but was sat near a large group of talkative people. Would have a been a nice time if I was able to enjoy it without all of the noise.

   We celebrated my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday with this afternoon tea experience. We had a wonderful experience. The small sandwiches and scones and desserts were all very tasty. It was a memorable afternoon for the two of us.

   The tea was a pleasant experience. The sandwiches and cakes were ok overall with many hits and a few misses, The flavor of the tea was also not as strong or as hot as I would have liked, but overall was a nice way to spend a Sunday. The service was not that attentive but I think my server may have been in training. The tea was not stuffy or overly fancy, it was a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and I would recommend this experience if you happen to be staying in the hotel.

   It was a wonderful experience to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The selection of tea was great, and selection of tea sandwiches and desserts paired wonderfully with it.

   It was a wonderful afternoon. Table settings were charming, food presentation was beautiful. A few too many sweets on the tray but everything was really good....even took home a tray of sweets because we couldn't finish everything. Will definitely go again.

    We’vehad tea here for years. It’s been a favorite special outing for us. But not anymore. It’s become a touristy thing rather than a luxury experience. Very cheesy, rather than elegant. Less food & it’s plain & not tasty at all. Our server never checked on us after she brought the tea service. The tea itself is delicious, so if you’d like to pay $98 for a good pot of tea, then it’s worth it. If you’re looking for more, skip it.
