   We made a reservation for my husband’s birthday and unfortunately after waiting for 45 minutes we left without being served or helped. There was a large crowd of other people with reservations waiting. There was no hostess or manager to greet us or keep track of people as they arrived. The waiters were clearly overwhelmed and apologized but could not help. We were told the bartender was overwhelmed so we could not get drinks or wait at the bar. We ended up going somewhere else and having a wonderful time. We have been to Adriana’s many times and have always had good meals. I hope this was a one-off experience. I am writing this review in hopes someone in management sees it and is sure to properly staff their restaurant on busy Saturday nights moving forward so other people avoid this unpleasant situation.

   We had a great experience. It was my son’s birthday and we had 12. Food portions were incredible. Service was a bit slower than average but it was extremely busy and we were a large party so understandable. Overall we would definitely return, all the food was delicious and thankful for the leftovers we were craving the next day. Wine selection was also excellent and reasonably priced.

   Food was ok, service was great and portions were huge! Big American style, a plate would feed 4 people. I would suggest the chef to cut portions in half so is more appetizing!

   Adriana’s never fails to WOW me and my guests with there food quality, and abundance so you always have a second bite at it the next day. Service is also warm and old school.

    We waited over an hour for entrees without out so much as a free soda in acknowledgement. We watched every table around us be served, while we sat there like jerks. Truly an appalling lack of customer service at an establishment with such an enduring legacy.
