Acopio has been a passion from concept to reality, inspired by the blend of traditional family recipes and travel. We are a family-owned restaurant, sister to Taqueria Lorena's. The dream project of second generation siblings, Lorena & Carlos, along with friends, Marshall, our executive chef and Jojo, our bar manager.

Great restaurant, food, and staff! If you’re sitting outside, it can be loud due to cars but not much the restaurant can do about that. My family loved the music playing in the background and really enjoyed the food! Would recommend to my friends and others!

Elegantly presented, and such flavorful food in a modern yet warm ambience. There is no other Mexican restaurant like this in or near San Jose! And it’s in a price range that makes it possible to come here often. The owner is very attentive to customers. A complete delight of a place!

Acopio stands out as a hidden gem I'm committed to both keeping as secret as possible and shouting about from the rooftops. The staff are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and creative. The food is absolutely top notch, and the experience make it feel like a special occasion every time.

Truly amazing service. The staff were so friendly, it felt like eating a meal at a family member's home. Every single dish was amazing. Really inventive dishes. Honestly one of the best restaurants in San Jose.

Wonderful meal - flavours were complex and three dimensional, service was friendly. We will definitely be coming back for that corn dish! Not to be missed!
