   We had the most perfect meal at Achara for our friends birthday. Every dish was full of flavour and tasted amazing. Decor was very smart and gave a casual retro vibe. Staff were incredible and even brought out a birthday surprise for our friend - super thoughtful. We will always recommend this place! Thanks again :)

   Good food & reasonable service. Good value too. However they have a bizarre time allocation. 1-2 people get 1.5 hours, 3-6 get 2 hours , 7 & over get 2.5 hours. This time allocation is to my mind unique to Dublin. In eating out in both North American & European cities over 40 years I've never encountered a time limit. In fairness the time limit was not applied as the restaurant was not busy but our bill was brought to our table without asking & we were not asked if we wanted desert or coffee.

   The food was great, especially the meat dishes Al of which were deliciously tend3r. There were lots of staff, however, actual service was fairly poor.

   Having seen the great reviews this was high on our list to try and it did not disappoint. Quality of food and service exceeded our expectations. We decided to go with the family style menu and would give every starter 10/10. Main courses were delicious too- especially the sea bass, however we didn't really enjoy the mushroom dish. Dessert went down well as did the cocktails! Excellent customer service made this an enjoyable and memorable evening. Very happy to recommend!

   Tasty food. Small but nice menu. Serious amount of garlic used so if you love garlic it’s the place for you. Very helpful girl serving. Really friendly.

   Definitely try the green beans. Loved the kale fritters and the portions are huge. Love this place. Service is epic too.

   The food was very disappointing. Maybe we ordered the wrong things but out of 4 dishes only one was worth eating.

    It pains me to say this but this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had ever had let alone in Dublin. It clearly seems like there is a lack of management or general smooth running of the venue. I had a 5:30pm booking and when I called to say we were running late we told it was a 7pm out time. As a restaurant manager myself I felt an hour and half seating was extreme but I respected their standards. We ordered cocktails and a bottle of wine. The cocktails after being finished stayed empty on our table until it. was time to pay the bill. Wine service was laughable , the waiter placed the bottle of wine between his legs and opened to a pop! . Everting seems chaotic. The tables beside us sent their food back twice which made us nervous. Food was good! As someone who has travelled Thailand I felt it fitted well and also as someone who can’t take much spice I felt it was still tasty when modifications were made. We were conscious of the time and ate our starters quickly but by 6:40 still had not received our main course. We felt like we were on edge the entire time during service as there was such a lack of communication and flow. It seems the staff want to look cool and funky but actually not know the basic steps of service. Shame really when the venue and food are carrying them.
