   It was a meal in a hotel lobby. The lobby, and coincidentally the restaurant, happen to be on the 18th floor. The food was decent, but not great. We switched servers halfway through a 7pm reservation, which seemed odd - the middle of the dinner service is a strange time for a shift change. Both servers were very friendly, but a little inattentive. Because the restaurant is part of a vaulted lobby, the noise and echo factor was high. Our bill was $130 including a mandatory 18% gratuity - an appetizer, two entrees and a middling bottle of wine. Nothing wrong with it, but perhaps a bit oversold in terms of what to expect. I've had much better dinner experiences for much less money.

   very elegant ambiance, good view. best to reserve a table outside. food was better than i thought it would be. great date night place.

   I made a reservation weeks in advance through OpenTable to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, specifically selecting this restaurant to enjoy outdoor dining and the stunning views of Orlando. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that there was no outdoor seating available due to a private event. While we didn’t explicitly request outdoor dining, it’s well known that the outdoor experience is a key attraction of this restaurant. The fact that we weren’t notified in advance about this change was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the receptionist did not offer any solutions or alternatives, leaving us no choice but to leave. This lack of communication and poor customer service left us feeling frustrated and let down on what should have been a special occasion. Sadly, I can’t recommend this restaurant based on our experience, and it’s suffice to say we didn’t miss out on much.

   Juliana, I apologize that this was your experience and even more so that you didn't book an outside table for your reservation and were then upset that we didn't have any outside tables available. Many people want indoor seating this time of year as it gets cold, so not sure how we were supposed to know. We did contact people who had requested outdoor seating to let them know the patio was booked for holiday parties. There was nothing for our hostess to do in this case as far as other alternatives other than apologize and offer you the tables we did have available. So I am sorry you feel that this was poor customer service and communication. We do hope you will join us again in the future

   It’s a lovely place with great views. I went for a chill birthday meal vibe. I wish they did birthday desserts

   Happy Hour was a beautiful experience with the sun setting as we dined and watched enjoyed sipping on our drinks. The food was good and the ambience was so relaxing.
