   The carvery on a Sunday is outstanding the roast beef has to be the best it’s so soft highly recommend

   Always loved eating here but noticing changes. I always order boneleaa chicken wings, plate alway came out with 6 on it, now its 4, may seem petty but no change in price for less!!

   We were really looking forward to our night. We arrived and greated by the host who brought us to our table. We got our menus and ordered some drinks After this the service was really bad it was so slow. We arrived at 6pm and by 6.50 we were still waiting on our starters and then we got our main course 1 person didn't get there we weren't told there was a delay. The dinner arrived 5 minutes after everyone else.... everything on the plate was freezing cold apart from the meat it was terrible. We told the server who huffed and puffed about it and just said oh right I will get more onion rings.... didn't even check for everything else the sauce/chips were cold too. Anyway it was a real pity because the food was lovely and the atmosphere!! It has a great drinks wine too which is super however unfortunately their service let them down immensely!!! We asked for the bill and it arrived in about 2 seconds pity the service overall wasn't as good!!! I would love to say we will be back but don't think we will unless the service improves. If you are in no rush and you don't mind waiting and not being told there is a delay then this is the place for you !!!

   Food was ok. Bar staff were friendly. Table service was bad and very slow. No drink order was taken. We had to go to the bar, which was not a problem but when out for a meal you expect to be served drinks too. For 2 of the 3 courses someone didn't get their food so they had to wait for it to be cooked after the rest of us had our food. It wasn't particularly busy so there shouldn't have been such a long wait to get served. 40 mins before a server came near us.

   Fantastic restaurant & staff. Great experience from start to finish. Both the goats cheese & fresh cod were top notch. Lovely cocktails too. Amazing value for money. We will be back!!

   Absolutely delicious carvery food. Lovely drinks and great service with the staff. Only down side was the ladies toilets. 2 toilets, one of which was blocked and no toilet paper in the other. But will definitely be back!!!

   I dined here with friends on the evening of the 27th of October 2024. Every staff member we came into contact with could not be faulted, they were all professional, courteous and helpful. In addition, the food was absolutely superb, in fact, so much so, that we have booked a table for the carvery next Sunday It's impossible to fault this restaurant. Top marks from us

   Everything was lovely but service was a bit poor. Staff were nice but had to keep looking for someone to get their attention even though plenty of staff. Was sitting for a while with no drinks as no one was around to order from and the same waiting to order dessert. (The place wasn't that busy so it was not like they ran off their feet) But overall a lovely experience and the food was beautiful.
