The Restaurant and Skylounge have a Smart Casual dress code. Jackets are not required however, no hats, athletic wear, shorts or flip-flops are allowed. Reservations are held for 15 minutes.

WINDOW TABLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED for any reason, but will do our best to accommodate requests. No a la carte menu is available in the dining room and we kindly ask all guests to participate in our 3 course, $103.00 per person menu. An 18% service charge is added to all guests checks and is fully distributed to the hourly restaurant staff. It was a very special day for me. Two years after the passing of my wife, I finally remarried a wonderful woman. We came to this restaurant to celebrate our first anniversary. Since my wife is new to LA, I wanted to impress her as her new husband. During the booking, I specifically mentioned our anniversary and requested, in all caps, a window seat. Upon arrival, the hostess said, “Let me check with the manager.” She came back and informed us that they couldn’t seat us by the window. I explained again how important this occasion was, but they insisted the window tables were already reserved. Despite seating us elsewhere, we noticed that a window table became available shortly after. My wife asked if we could move, so I approached the hostess again, and even the manager got involved. To our surprise, the manager said, “Once we seat a guest at a table, we can’t move them to another.” Here’s the issue: I graduated from a top-tier hotel management school in Switzerland, and I’ve owned and managed restaurants and hotels around the world. For a place with Michelin-level prices, the quality of both the food and service was lacking. The only thing worth the high cost is the view. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the manager. He lacks the intuition needed to handle special requests and customer relations. Hospitality is clearly not his strength. In fact, a luxury establishment like this is simply not the right fit for him.
