The food atmosphere & staff were great. It was my second time at 3rd & Fernwood. I had dinner the first time and it was delicious. Saturday I had the brunch buffet and I never experienced a buffet that had so many choices and delicious food as it had. You want be disappointed once you had their food.

We went wanting to support black owned. I’m big on service and quality. I dint feel like I got either in this visit. Our waitress..I won’t leave her name out of respect.…was nice but she was really slack on her job. My husband and I ordered drinks first…after which she told us that all of the drinks were out except for two. I chose a sangria. Never got the sangria or a mention of it. She came back one time to check on us, so all we had was water. The second time she came back, we just told her we were ready for the check. When I got the bill…I checked to see if the Sangria was on it. She said oh, I took the sangria off. Never explained why I never got it..just that she took it off. Our bill was $83 and we still gave her a tip. I want this business to win but the service needs an upgrade. I think the food could’ve been explained better before we ordered as well.

All around not the best experience. 25 minutes to place drink orders. 35 minutes to have a server greet our table and take our orders. The food left a lot to be desired. Completely disappointed given my great experience at their sister restaurants.

When we arrived, we were the only table in the restaurant and the waitress/ hostess ignored us for over ten mins. I had to go get her to place an order for drinks and apps. Then she disappeared again for most of the night. Food was delicious but the service is AWFUL

The food was outstanding with unique flavors/seasonings partnered with Main courses. I provided “very good” for service as they were short-staffed but she was outstanding but greeting us when we came in AND serving multiple tables. Once order was placed food came in a timely manner with personable staff. Drinks were also great.

We were excited about experiencing 3rd & Fernwood however the food was just ok and there was an alarm ping going off during our entire dining experience. There was no acknowledgement of the noise by the staff.
