   My experience at the 360 was not good. I had a reservation for 5 adults on a Friday evening at 7PM. We arrived ontime. Our table was not ready. We were asked if we would like to go to the bar for cocktails until our table was ready, which we decided to do. When we went to the bar and there was not enough seating at the bar for everyone so we sat at a hightop bar table, we were then asked if we just wanted to eat there. NO we want to eat at the revolving resturant we came to, not a high-top bar table. It then took over 30 minutes for them to get us 5 drinks to the table. We were finally, seated and appeitzers were ordered. No appeitizer plates were ever brought to the table. I had to request a wine list, to order a bottle for the table. Once we ordered our meals, we ordered 3 steaks, and 2 mixed grill entrees and sharable sides. It took over 45 minutes for them to arrive to the table. When they did arrive my mixed grill was COLD! Not cool, I mean cold. The others entrees were cool to cold as well and everyones steaks were overcooked. No one every asked how our meal was, if everything was ok or to our liking, etc. At this point we had been there almost 2 hours, and no one wanted to send anything back. We were all ready to leave. It was shocking to say the least. I know they just changed hands and are under a new brand name but they must do better when a table of 5 spends in the upwards of $700! So dissappointed. I will say I have eaten there in the past and this has never been my experience so I am unsure what happened to them this evening ut again I was so dissapointed. It will be a long time before I go back. Perhaps next time they might do better.

   Remodel is nice, food was great! Our waitress Melinda was attentive. The manager (Danny)came by to make sure all was well. Danny had called me during the remodel to tell me when reopening day was. Me and my wife had a wonderful evening with our friends!

   It was very quiet and very cold! The quiet was good. The cold not so much! Good food. Service was a little slow, but pleasant servers.

   This place is great, but tonight was not my best experience there. My food arrived a little cold. However, they were so nice, listened to my issue, and made it right. I enjoyed the rest of the evening. The service was great all night. The martinis were perfect. I’ve been here many times, both before and after the refurbishment. It is a great place to eat. My food issue tonight was an anomaly. I still highly recommend.

   Newly remodeled and is looking terrific. Food was the best it’s been for the 20 years we have been going. Salads were huge and delicious . Lobster tail was as tender as it could be and oysters Rockefeller were just as good as were everything else we had.. (salmon).. They now have dry aged beef which looked great in the display case and I will get one on my next visit. Service was outstanding…thanks Nick.

   Beautiful dining experience in a magical ambiance. Delmonico steak and filet perfectly cooked and so so tender. We split a Caesar salad (huge and delicious.) Risotto was a little crunchy but great flavor. Béarnaise was too salty but blue cheese sauce was perfect. Smoked old fashioned was decent and the martini came with three fat blue cheese stuffed olives. A decent wine selection by the glass but we weren’t offered a wine list for bottle purchase? The outstanding service stole the show from the host to our server to management. Made for a lovely and memorable anniversary dinner. Looking forward to more dining there in 2025!

   Excellent in every way. Being 26 stories up in a rotating restaurant is a novelty, but it’s secondary to the food and the service.

   Stunning new decor of luxe fabric and gorgeous lighting added to the outstanding service and incredible menu. Food was delicious and good value! Beautiful Bew Years Eve!
