   We had our first experience there last night and it’s my fave restaurant now!! From friendly valet, to Greg our amazing waiter, to the wonderful food and martinis. We will return! Love love love!

   This place could be, or maybe used to be, so much more. The location and interior are great, but the quality of food and service are not commensurate with the price. The New Orleans barbecue shrimp appetizer was anything but that. The service was good and friendly, but that of an Outback and not a high-end steakhouse.  The saving Grace was the bone and ribeye. The steak was cooked wonderfully and the flavor was good. I will say that cheesecake at the end was a cut above as well. All in all we enjoyed ourselves, but not for the money we spent.

   The food was great and so was the service. Timing between the various courses was done just right. We did not feel rushed at all. Great experience all around.

   Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment! Waited forever for our food. Everything arrived cold! Even 2nd time around the food was still not properly cooked! We did get the appetizer on the house but still had to pay $400 for an below average dinner!

   This restaurant is inside of hotel and offers valet parking. The decor I thought was a little lacking but overall it was ok. The service was slow but it was also parents weekend so they might have been busy. The food was tasty but a little overpriced.

   My wife and took our son and 3 roommates for a7:45 pm parents weekend dinner. Hoping to give the boys great food and experience. We live near the original Shula in South Florida and go few times a year and can not wait to go back. This was the total opposite. Took 1.5 hours to get our main entry. When it did finally come out. Everything was warm to cold. Our waiter brought knifes out 1 hour prior. We thought that mean food in 5 minutes. Thirty minutes prior to food came out they said our steaks were resting. Resting to get cold. 7:45 dinner food came out 9:30. People all around us were talking and same thing. I ask for manager and he came over after 20 min. Joke was he was in back resting lol. He said the hired new cooks and confused. He said he was a steak chief at Shula. We all Wondered why his suit jacket was not old and cooking. We had laughs with the boys but never again. I wish the manager came to us and be proactive. I will not even go back to the Shula in Miami Lakes. I hope to hear from the General Manager ASAP. FSU Patent weekend - Start new cooks --- REALLY.

   Not great. Service was slow - they automatically put a 20% tip on every bill - perhaps that is why. The food wasn't good. Steaks came out looking gray - one meal had to be sent back. Shula's is better then this. Surprised at how bad it was. It is not cheep and frankly not worth it.

    We had the best experience! It was FSU parents weekend and I took my daughter and her two besties to dinner. Our server, Greg was absolutely amazing and taught us how to property taste wine. We had the best time with him and couldn’t have had a better night! Thank you, Greg!
