For over twenty-five years, Lovin' Oven Celebrations, Long Island's & Manhattan's premiere caterer, has built their reputation on superb cuisine, elegant locations and refined staff. Their newest venture, the elegant 21 Main Steakhouse, encompasses all these things. Set in the Plantation House at North Beach Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. Gerard Scollan and his brother Matthew have captured the glamor and service of an era gone by - with a modern twist. Since moving to SC from NY I have been trying to find good places to eat. 21 Prime was recommended so we gave it a shot. I got the Chilean sea bass which was delicious and perfectly cooked. My wife got the 8 ounce filet cooked medium. What she received was an 8 ounce filet cooked well done. Personally, a steakhouse should never mess up a steak and I shouldn’t be able to cook a steak better than them. We didn’t send it back because my wife didn’t want to and I wasn’t going to start an argument with her on our 20th anniversary. But the meat was very dark/grey until she got to the middle where it was finally slightly pink. She got dessert and said it was the best part of the meal (not the $80 steak). Anyways, wouldn’t go back because after $285 including tip, I didn’t feel it was worth a fraction of that.

                                                                          Was at 21 Main with family for a college graduation celebration. Food delicious and service wonderful. Our server helped cut and serve special celebration cake and kindly took our group photo. Great experience.

Thank you to Steve and Tara for their warm and friendly service. We love this time of year because you get the opportunity to indulge in their prix fixe menu with offers just the right tasting for each course as well as some new menu items. Four thumbs up and we look forward to our next experience!!

                                                                          It was a very pleasant evening for Thanksgiving dinner. Partner had the turkey special and I had the aged bone-in ribeye, which was delicious. Jess provided very good service too.
