   Style over substance and all about the city views really - a place to go to for a treat but even then, be prepared for a limited al la carte menu.

   The food was terrible, undercooked! My cutlery was taken off me and I was provided food and had to wait a while for my cutlery to return before starting to eat. It was extremely full in there and overly noisy. Management wanted me to pay after I continuously complained about the quality of the food! They even put it on my bill when I had one bite and had to spit it right out. In my opinion this place is over hyped! The menu need changing and the amount of people allowed need to reduce become it becomes crowed

   Food was well prepared and cooked but lacked flavour and didn’t justify the price. The atmosphere was more Warehouse Project than Weather Project and while the views are amazing you can’t really enjoy it with the local insta crowd asking you to save their seats while they revisit the cubicles every twenty minutes.

   Our server was lovely and the views and atmosphere are great. Bit loud! Only gripe - I was finishing glass of wine at the end of the night having just paid 400 quid bill and was asked (not by our waiter who was great) to vacate the table. This was literally 3 mins after paying the bill. I thought - ok, that’s what 400 quid gets you is it? I will spend it somewhere else next time!

   Food came out cold. They then reheated it which meant me and my husband ate separately. Refused to take it off the bill because they brought a glass of complimentary Prosecco, despite the fact we had a bottle of wine? £200 meal to eat separately. Poor customer service.

   Lovely venue and really nice servers, the afternoon tea was poor. The sandwiches were dry and tasteless and the desserts weren’t good.

   Really enjoyed our experience here. Had afternoon tea and the food and service was excellent. I have special dietary requirements and this was catered for with care being taken to not have cross contamination. I would recommend 20 stories to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food and service. I would definitely go back there soon.p

   Very disappointed with rude and dismissive staff. Booked here for a special occasion as staying for 1 night in Manchester. Food was lovely, great views and ambience but the restaurant staff were not great. Actual table waiter was lovely and helpful. However we were 7 minutes early and told to go away and get a drink which we did, it took 12 minutes to do so. Walked back to host to go to our table and she with 3 colleagues laughed at us ‘rushing back’. We were going from dinner to a gig and were aware of our timings, hence our booking time. Felt uncomfortable and annoyed at paying over £200 for food and drinks and being made to feel gauche and unsophisticated. Both my husband and I work in hospitality and understand the pressures of busy festive season but to diminish your customers to their faces and in front of other customers is unacceptable. I tried to send this message privately but you do not have contact details on your website, possibly to avoid these issues.

    We at arrived at the restaurant and took the lift to the 20th floor. Panoramic view of our amazing city . The service was second to none. We were seated at an amazing booth table would highly recommend. We were attended to immediately coat taken , napkins places on laps, drink order taken ! From start to finish we had six staff deal with us on our visit . The staff were outstanding each welcomes us and were professional and attentive they could not do enough for us. Lunch three course menu which had a fantastic choice with meals to suits all tastes. Ham hock terrine and sourdough chicken main with additional side of garlic mushroom and green beans. All the food was perfect full of flavour and just the right amount. Will be back soon can’t recommend it enough.
