Located on London's iconic Dean Street in Soho, Prix Fixe Brasserie is a restaurant loved by locals for its affordable French brasserie cuisine. This is the kind of restaurant people come to for low-key lunch meetings, first dates and to wine and dine in comfort before hitting the Soho bar scene or one of the many local West End theatres. Cosy and intimate, the dining room is decorated with blackboard menus, ruby red feature walls, wooden floors and vintage French posters, and both the prix-fixe and a la carte French menus are peppered with favourites such as the confit of duck with French dauphinois potatoes, steak entrecôte with home made French fries and garlic maitre’d butter, classic Boeuf Bourguighon with creamy mashed potatoes, Brasserie Salads and many more. The prices at Prix Fixe Brasserie are almost ridiculously reasonable for Soho, and the quality of the food and service surpasses expectations time and again.

Good food - not amazing but perfectly edible. Near the door so not ideal on a cold night. Good service.

Lovely French food in pleasant small place. We had French Onion soup, then pork cheek and cod, with a side of brocolli with almonds. With 500ml carafe of wine to share and a cheese platter for two. Came in at njust over £50 pp which is good value nowadays. The soup and mains were deicious. The cheeses slightly disappointed, as biscuits were replaced by toasted bread slices and the '6 different cheeses' were actually 2 pieces each of 3 cheeses. But they were tasty. We went for a pre-theatre fixed price dinner, and added the extra side and cheeses. Without that the price would have been nearer £40 each incl. service. The staff were friendly and helpful and service was fairly swift. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back ourselves.

Another great meal here we were hungry after good afternoon at Ronnie Scott’s , bread put on table straight away and drink orders taken . My husbands martini was a bit under par so they changed it for no extra charge . We ordered oysters but party had taken most so only five left which we enjoyed. Such good service as ever and value for money . Can’t fault it .

We have eaten here on many occasions and it is always a great experience. A good menu that does classic French bistro food really well.

Really lovely and well priced dinner (pre theatre menu). My only issue was the French Onion soup was watery and had no flavour but everything else was great :) and thank you for the birthday sambuca shots!
