                                                                        The great service was only exceeded by the quality of the menu and it’s execution.  the wine list was not only impressive from a bottle standpoint, but also had a wide selection of wines by the glass, which the four of us took advantage of. My wife and I had invited a couple who had never been to T. Cook’s and they stated that the restaurant had exceeded our descriptions of how great it was.

                                                                        Beautiful, historic southwestern architecture. Really makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Cozy bar area with guitar player and wood burning fireplace. Food was delicious and plentiful. Our copper topped table for four was large so hearing across the table was a bit tricky for older people. But there was plenty of space between tables.

                                                                        My birthday dinner at T Cooks was excellent. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting and soft international music was playing. My wife and I loved the focaccia pesto to start with. And each main course (short ribs for my wife and ribeye for me) was perfectly done and delicious. The birthday dessert was a nice treat!
