   This is our traditional New Years Eve family dining restaurant which never fails. Although the wait ia about an hour despite having a reservation it is always a stellar experience. We love the food, location, ambience and the service is always excellent. Looking forward to being there again next year.

   We had an unfortunate experience with our reservation for December 31st, a date of great significance for our family. We arrived 30 minutes early to confirm the reservation, and we were assured that everything was in order. However, when we showed up promptly at 10:00 p.m., we were asked to wait. After an hour, we were finally seated. We placed our order, but the food took an additional hour to arrive. Unfortunately, we ended up welcoming the New Year hungry, as the food was only served after we expressed our dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, the risottos we ordered were excessively salty, to the point that we had to send them back. We expected better service and quality, especially on such a significant occasion

   Main courses never came. Horrible experience. We had a 9:00 reservation, got seated at 9:30, and ordered soon after. Our main courses never arrived after being told the food is on the way. We waited until 11PM! Insane - worst dining experience we’ve ever had.

   We had an 8:30 reservation and it took over 2 hours to be seated. I understand it was NYE but I’ve gone to several different restaurants on NYE and never waited 2 hours for a reservation. Restaurant staff were pleasant and trying to handle the overwhelming crowd but honestly the restaurant should Never have taken so many reservations if they can’t handle it, or put a cap on the time on tables. Once seated our server was terrific

   They over commit to NYE and seat people hours after their scheduled time. They show no remorse, it’s all about the $$. Not a good look.

   Reservations were not honored in a timely matter. They completely overbooked. We had a 8:00 pm reservation and were finally seated at 9:15 pm. They don’t have a good system for check in! Samantha tried to be accommodating but I think they need to rethink their method! Under the circumstances the wait staff was amazing and the food was delicious!

   We waited for our table for 1.5 hours. Once we got to the table it was wiped down with a filthy rag and the entire table smelled. The wait between courses was painfully long. This restaurant was a major letdown. Unacceptable wait times and poor cleanliness.

   Don’t ever come to this place for a busy holiday. Last night was literally One of the top 2 worst dining experiences of mine and my wife’s life. We had a reservation for 7:45. With it being New Year’s Eve, we made sure we were on time and expected to maybe wait a few minutes (totally understandable considering the holiday). Never in my life did I think we would have to wait over an hour and half for our table. Mind you, our reservation was for inside, and they put us on a back corner table outside right next to the sidewalk. We were starving at this point so it’s not like we could leave or complain. We didn’t get bread for close to 20 minutes. The diver scallops appetizer we got was super over cooked and took forever to come out. I decided to order the Maine Lobster so we could try and have something memorable from this dinner. I honestly should have known better at this point and genuinely blame myself for making such a stupid decision. This was essentially a $270 piece of rubber in a lobsters body. Overcooked is an understatement. Keep in mind, my wife and I got to the restaurant at 7:30 and it’s now past 10pm and we’re just having our entree. We didn’t even wait for dessert, I had the server bring the check right when she came to check on us after we got the lobster—we were completely bummed at this point. I will give credit where it’s due, the server we had was very polite and she did a great job being attentive to us—all of the issues I mentioned are completely out of her control. Ultimately, the responsibility of this falls on whoever manages this restaurant. They clearly care less about protecting the integrity of the Prime brand or the dining experience of their customers and more about about stuffing the calendar to squeeze as much money as possible out of new year. Very short term thinking in my opinion. They got me for $500, but I can assure you that will be the last time I dine at a Prime establishment since they essentially ruined NYE 2025 for us.

    We made a last minute pivot to Prime and were glad to be able to get a reservation. The hostess was welcoming but handed us off to someone who seemed bugged to have to seat us (or be there at all). We waited quite a while for someone to notice us and then after the the first server got our drink order, someone else showed up. It was difficult to know who was doing what and we ultimately didn’t order additional drinks because no one came back to get our follow up orders. The food was really good - we had a perfectly done filet, gnocchi with alfredo (some of the best I’ve ever had) and one of the specials. The special was a bit expensive for what we got but that’s how specials go sometimes. I also ordered the peppercorn sauce - tasted like straight rosemary and I sent it back but got charged anyway. Overall, it was a good spot but I’d sit outside if we went back as it is very loud as well.
