   I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was immediately impressed by the look and ambiance—it’s a beautiful space. However, I was disappointed with the service. The waiter was neither attentive nor particularly helpful. When I inquired about vegan or vegetarian options, I was told there were none. I mentioned seeing a couple of options on the online menu, but the waiter said the only vegan dish—a vegan roll—was unavailable on Sundays. I then asked if the chef could create something using vegetables, and the waiter vaguely suggested altering the seafood pappardelle to exclude all seafood and pancetta, but then noted it contained cream, which wouldn’t work either. Ultimately, I ordered the margherita pizza and asked if I could have the roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day mixed together. While the waiter agreed, what I received was the pizza and two separate side dishes instead. I dine out frequently and tailor my expectations to the price point and the quality promised. Based on the restaurant's beautifully presented website and pricing, I anticipated a higher level of service and accommodation. Given the emphasis on local, farm-to-table sourcing described on their website, I was also surprised that there was no mention of the origins of the ingredients in the dishes we discussed. In my experience, restaurants with a true farm-to-table focus usually highlight the farms and locations their ingredients come from, either on the menu or through their servers. The ambiance and concept have great potential, but the service and execution need improvement to match the promises made online.

   We were seated by the wine coolers which made it a bit quieter which was nice. Noah, our server, was attentive and helpful. We had a great time!

   Megan was our server. She was OUTSTANDING; extremely personable, knowledgeable regarding the menu items, attentive, but not too attentive! She gets an A plus with 10 gold stars. The special salad of the evening was a huge hit, we are still talking about it!! We’ll be back and we’ll ask for Megan.

   Table ready when arrived. Excellent service. Good wine selection. Delicious and good portion sized entrees. Appreciated willingness to adjust my salad ingredients. Great experience

   The service was very slow, we arrived a little before 5 (not busy) a friend ordered an additional glass of wine, and it was brought to her 20 - 25 minutes later after we were done. He took off the bill but should not have taken so long. We both came for the Risotto but when we went to order it was not on the menu (but on website) We enjoyed what we had.

   Heather was a great server. Cocktail and wings were excellent. The Greek salad was mediocre at best, too vinegary, lacked character. Your Greek salad used to be very good.

   Christmas get together with former co-workers, great environment for these type of events. Had great service, food and atmosphere! Prasino is our go to for these type of events. Keep up the great work, with staff, physical space and food

    We’ve enjoyed eating here many times. We enjoyed today as well. However, the prices have increased a great deal more than expected. And we were very surprised that even tho the price on the omelette has increased, it no longer includes toast. Also, the price on the coffee was significantly higher than other restaurants we’ve eaten at recently. Overall, tho, the food was good and atmosphere appealing.
