   I’d been to the PVMC three times prior for Thanksgiving. This time it was not good. Firstly, we waited for nearly an hour despite having a reservation for a party of 3. The people who called parties to their table would call the name out in a very crowded, noisy space in which it was nearly impossible to hear. The situation was made worse by the very unnecessary, loud music coming from the bar. As we waited, we overheard the wait staff remark that they “were out of silverware.” Many table were emptying but new customers were not being seated. The food was marginal at best. Funny dressing, tasteless mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with excessive garlic. Again, way too loud music in the dining area also. Clearly everyone was working their hardest but these issues stem from management errors and oversights. Very overpriced regarding quality of food and service. I was glad to get out of there.

   First off, our reservation was accepted for 3:30. We weren't seated until approximately 4:15. I felt the presentation of the food was terrible. There was food on the black napkins that sat under the serving tables. Our waitress was good. Very efficient. Very accommodating. The food was just okay. Didn't seem to be well organized. That was my first time ever visiting there but I probably will not be back again. Also, it seemed to be overbooked. There was lots of people in such a small space

   Well never go for Thanksgiving dinner again! Worst service and food, so disappointed for the price we paid!

   Service was terrible. We saw our server in the beginning and the end with the check. No water refillsi and they automatically charged 20% gratuity

   Nice change of pace, this was only our second time dining out on Thanksgiving day in 30 years of marriage & it was a great experience. The selection of main dishes was nice, much better than the dessert choices. We will do it again.

   What a service....wow...the ladies who were at reception desk, such a customer service. I should take their names. They did not even look at us from the beginning and when we asked to change a table (we asked for a table other than a booth), "No, we do not have anything else" when I see several tables were still open even when we left. I understand it was a thanksgiving and no one want to work but if you have a such an attitude, you should stay home other than sitting and greeting customers like that. A server was pretty nice and tried to accommodate us. We were regular but may be try different places next time. We checked in at 12:45PM on 28th. If you are the owner of the restaurant, I am sure you can figure out who were at the reception. Serious training is needed if they are part time there. Good luck.

   Jessica Rivera was incredibly nice and sweet. She was patient and professional on a busy Thanksgiving. We had a big party of 9 with kids and I couldn’t have had a better waitress. I hope she has lovely Thanksgiving when her shift ends.

    The food and drinks were exceptional, our server Jessica was an absolute delight, and the view is incredible! Can’t wait to come again!
