The flavors were sophisticated yet not overly complicated. The seafood was so fresh and perfectly cut/prepared. And our sushi shef and his assistant were welcoming and very professional. The coconut milk soft serve with sour cherry sauce and caramelized topping (I can’t remember that detail) was the perfect ending.
