- TTimVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were tired from touristing and arrived early for our reservation but they were able to seat us right away. Not on the patio sadly. I have no idea how you get a table there. Server was very good and attentive, and the food was great. We shared the spring rolls I had the ribs. Given it’s $32 for 6 and only $39 for 12, I went for the full rack so to have leftovers for tomorrow’s dinner (eating out in Hawaii is NOT cheap. We only go out ever 2-3 nights) My wife had the prawn spaghetti squash dish which also is a generous portion and had some leftovers No room for dessert. Fairly efficient, I think we were out of there in an hour.More infoTommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Mauna Lani, Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.8
- AAllisonvipLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe ambiance and setting could not be more picturesque. The food was incredible with flavor. Mediterranean inspired, selections are intended to be shared family style. We had the bread balloon, with a side order of the spicy aioli (pretty mild spice), zucchini chips w tzatziki, ahi steak with orzo, ali’i mushrooms and the broccolini which were grilled and made with lemon juice, garlic and crushed red peppers. Zucchini chips are a must if you’re trying to satisfy your savory palate and the seared ahi steak will melt in your mouth. Service and hospitality were outstanding from the valet to the host stand to the servers. My water glass was never empty! Also, there is live music every Monday! The artist was incredibly musically gifted, his acoustic talent was evident. The open air/face restaurant allows the stunning view of Hawaii and the sunset is a short walk from the restaurant to the beach shore front. Looking for romance and delectable food choices? - JJimHawaii •16 reviews4.0Dined on 9 Nov 2024Had a nice meal but the environment is much more bar’ish than fine dining. Nice staff, great local artist for live music, food was delicious and perfectly prepared. They charge a fee for Credit cards which I don’t agree with personally so that knocks them down a bit even though it’s only a few bucks… it adds up in the overall experience.More infoMauka Bar and GrillPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Waikoloa•4.5
