Initial service was prompt as we were seated and our wine arrived in short order. The strawberry bruschetta appetizer was a nice touch. We followed with a Caesar salad ,nice and fresh with an anchovy garnish. We opted for medium rare Steak entrees garnished with Brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes. Perfect. The environment is casual dining and a lively ambience. Great valet, incredible Host Mr Fox meeting guest as they arrive, to the waiters assistant bringing up water and watching over the table to the professional waiter everything running perfectly. As for the salad, prime rib and chocolate lava cake they were all three perfect as can be. The textures, the plating, the seasoning, the temperature, the taste was superb. I knew it would be good but I did not expect the excellence of everything. It’s rare anymore to find a place that values every detail that each employee represents. This place did it. To start with, we REALLY appreciate the generous pours on the glasses of wine…so many restaurants charge high prices for mediocre wines and then pour 5, maybe 6 ounces. So getting a 7 or 8 ounce pour is greatly appreciated. And then the food…we thought it was very fairly priced and the quality was outstanding. From the General Tso cauliflower appetizer to the prime rib and N.Y. Steaks PERFECTLY cooked and absolutely delicious sides to go with them.
