It's always a consistent wonderful experience! From our servers who are personable and well trained to of course the food... that never disappoints! Our server Mo was tremendous!

The food was great, but it was so busy that you end up waiting hungry to get food when gaggles of people walk in at once. They were quick to replace food that ran out. Drinks were so-so but I think we just picked drinks that weren’t for us.

My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere made for a perfect Valentine’s date.

Four lady friends went to Arturo's on 2/13/25. We made reservations for 6:30pm. We had a nice table and excellent service. Our cocktails were large and among the best we've had. Our meals were tasty, cooked perfectly and large portions, One friend was able to have risotto made to her taste by picking the ingredients. My lobster and linguine fra diavola special was excellent and reasonably priced at $40. I took half of it home. Another friend had the rib eye steak which was just right. Everyone left happy and vowed to return.

Outstanding and attentive service, knowledgeable on menu items and specials, responsive to requests for extra plates, extra condiments, drink refills etc. steaks were excellent and justified the cost. Highly recommend Copper Canyon as a place that will make your special occasion truly special.
