The restaurant was tastefully decorated and the food was excellent (we got oysters, lamb, salmon, creme brulee, and chocolate truffle cake and they were all great). But the service in particular was above and beyond. We live outside the city and got stuck in traffic on the way in so we were like 45 minutes later than we meant to be. We walked in at 4:10 and let them know we had a show at 5:00 down the street. Our server, Jeff, really took this to heart and got us our dishes at lightning speed. We had three courses and were still out by 4:45, making our show in plenty of time! Additionally, when we walked in, it appeared as though the hosts weren’t enforcing the dress code and we saw many people in hoodies and T-shirt’s.
