Food was great and server was excellent at guiding us through our menu choices. Service towards the end was a little slower and it was very dark but overall had a wonderful time.

Yay, trained and professional wait staff and servers! This makes a huge difference to a dining experience. The food was delicious and served in acceptable portions so that diners may partake of several courses without feeling too full, too empty, or wasteful. My standouts were the hamachi with a soy vinaigrette and duck poivrè. For my husband, it was the best lobster bisque that he can remember. It is a go-to for him. He’s partaken of it at many top notch restaurants around the country. He enjoyed the halibut and creamed spinach. I had intended to have steak but the steak portions were just too large for me. The smallest was a 6 or 8 oz filet. Maybe I could have handled one though because my duck breast must have been very close in size and I left none. Oh, my husband loved the popover at the start of the meal. I’ve had better but again, I left none. Maybe it was the delicious rosemary honey butter? Plan on $125 per person minimum for a complete dining experience, sans alcohol. Valet parking.

Exceptional as always. The oysters were great and bread additive. Steak was perfect, Billion Dollar potato always very good. Husband enjoyed his salmon. Service by Josh was on spot on. What a delightful person. Celebrated a birthday with this thoughtful dessert. Just right after a full meal.

We celebrated our 24th anniversary there. Server and supporting staff provided outstanding service. When we arrived, they had rose petals on the table. First class all the way.

If you want to impress your guests, there’s no place like III Forks. The environment is lovely, the food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. The small wine rooms are extra special for five or six people . It’s my favorite restaurant in downtown Austin
