Loved the service and even ended up having light fun conversation with the waitstaff and fellow patrons while listening to good live music. With current inflation prices, this is a restaurant where the cost is true value for money.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - DCPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Penn Quarter•4.7
- AAndreaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy sister and I had an amazing Thanksgiving experience here. We ordered the Filet and Tail and we could not have been any happier. Victor took great care of us and ensured we had all that we needed and more. He was kind, attentive, and recommended items to us to try. My steak was cooked perfectly along with my lobster tail, but the Rockefeller Oysters stole the show. The ambiance was decadent, much like the delicious sweet potato pecan pie. I enjoyed the seasonal gin and tonic, while my sister delighted over the Bourbon Smash---the bartender did not disappoint. I did not catch her name, but we chatted for a few about various gins and bourbons. Although this was a busy day for the staff, they handled it with grace and the kitchen staff--- I mean, they really showed out. Not a dirty plate to be noted, portion sizes were consistent with the price, and special care and attention to plating was noticed. I will certainly return! If you get the chance, ask for Victor. He's phenomenal!More infoJoe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab - Washington DCPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.8
- MMargievipWashington, D.C. Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThanksgiving dinner was excellent. We had the turkey dinner. The food came out hot, seasoned with flavors of Thanksgiving. Our server Heather was very nice and just a joy for the special occasion. I was also celebrating my birthday. Our steak came out a little late; it was cooked to perfection the way we ordered it. Heather gave us a slice of complimentary pumpkin cheesecake (delicious) since the steak came out late. She was very apologetic but it was very busy so we totally understood. Plus it’s Thanksgiving. She was serving us and not with her family with the most pleasant attitude. I highly recommend Capital Grille for any special occasion. The hostess stand staff can be a little more inviting. Overall great experience and dinner.More infoThe Capital Grille - Chevy ChasePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Chevy Chase•4.8
