- RRobNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined todayOverall Boca was a superb experience. The moment you walk in you feel the energy of the place. The vibes are incredible. Everyone is well dressed having a great time, the bar area was lively and personally I love the open kitchen concept where you can see the cooks doing their magic. Service could not be better. Our server knew the menu thoroughly and was able to lead us through the menu. Now for the food. I would say that in the balance of art and flavor, they lean slightly towards are. The pomme souffle is probably one of the most unique dishes I've had. It's a very difficult and technically challenging food to make and it shows. I would say this for several of the dishes. The beef wellington, which is what we were there for, is again clearly a technically beautiful dish. My critique however is that for this, and much of the dishes, is that the flavors are quite muted. The beef was perfect texture, but lacking salt/seasoning. The surrounding sauce also was also a bit bland and not able to elevate the meat. I would say that muted flavors apply to the chicken as well. In any case, still an incredible experience. Would do again.More infoBOCAPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary European• Central Business District•4.9
- RRonJacksonville / Northeast Florida •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant is well appointed and clean. Ambiance was warm and comfortable. I had the chicken parm which was outstanding. The red sauce is amazing! My wife had the salmon. Her dish was plentiful. But she was not pleased with flavor of the fish. Tiramisu was the best we’ve had. Service was outstanding! Will return and hope others who haven’t tried Mama’s will visit soon.More infoMama's on MainPrice: Expensive• Italian• Covington•4.8
- SSherryCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoNow our favorite restaurant! Discussing this survey, we (6 of us) and all agreed it deserves 5 stars in all areas. The suggestions on how and what to order was spot on. The food was delicious and we highly recommend pretty much everything. But we have to give a special shout-out to Jason. His suggestions were delicious but his care to the details made our evening more special. Our mother was having her 94th birthday and he went out of his way to make her feel very special. Thank you to Jason and the rest for sharing a special time with us.More infoSottoPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Central Business District•4.9
- MMaraCincinnati / Dayton •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy favorite restaurant! We've been here a number of times and have never had anything we didn't like. This time, we tried the Gem salad, and my boyfriend got the Gricia pasta and both were delicious. We always start with the Housemade Ricotta and we like to split the Meatballs with our pastas. You can't go wrong with the Limone, Pesto, or Butternut & Mascarpone either. Service is always impeccable, and the price is good for date night.More infoPepp & DoloresPrice: Moderate• Italian• Over the Rhine•4.9
- AAustinCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoFantastic restaurant. The environment is great. Staff is wonderful. Food is outstanding. The pork chop is the best I’ve had. Fondue is a great starter. Vodka sauce was great (for reference the pasta is very al dente so keep that in mind). Great cocktails. Over all couldn’t recommend it more. Great place for a birthday too, awesome champagne toast from the waiter.More infoThe DavidsonPrice: Expensive• American• Central Business District•4.6
