- ZZachPhiladelphia County •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHaving been to the previous Roxanne 3 times, I had high hopes for the new incarnation and was not disappointed. A la carte dining for chef Alex's food feels like a cheat code, this is nearly a perfect restaurant already - burger was crazy, dip homemade tater tots in panna cotta like the dankest version of dipping your fries in the frosty ever conceived. Service was great, space is so so nice and BIG compared to the former space. My only ding is that the wine list is only PA wines? Im not sure if thats a philosophical thing or a legal thing but if this place had a beverage program as good as its food program it would be a 20/10. Regardless, I will be back many timesMore infoRoxannePrice: Expensive• American• Queen Village•4.6

Add to that superb cuisine and service and it made for a memorable Valentine's Day dinner (a day late), Baked brie appetizer was excellent and large enough to share. My wife's scallops and my Alaska halibut were similarly outstanding. We both enjoyed the 2019 Mosel region Riesling that went well with dinner. To top it off, our server was one of the best ever. The Moshulu is not cheap but not outrageous, especially for the quality. If you drive there, parking is $20.More infoMoshuluPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Penn's Landing•4.6
- VVincentNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoNever had dinner here, so I decided to try it with brunch. Didn't disappoint. Parsnip soup is flavorful and rich and warms me up just right. I ordered the mushroom benedict with a side of sausage links. My partner picked the happy valley beef cheeks with pasta. I love the flavors and portions of our order. Service is attentive. I look forward to the culinary adventure here with my next dinner!More infoFork - PhiladelphiaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Old City•4.8

- JJanPhiladelphia County •16 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe enjoyed Parc on a cold, snowy evening in February. The restaurant was cozy and warm, and the feeling was too! Our server, Jose, was great - friendly and with just the right amount of check-ins. The beet salad was yummy, with lots of beets cooked to perfection and a great mix of flavors. We both enjoyed Trout Amandine - a large portion with a hearty helping of haricots verts. The cranberry walnut bread was also delicious! We will go back tomorrow to buy a loaf to take home! If only the glass of wine wasn’t so pricey. But who can have a meal like this without a glass of wine?More infoParcPrice: Expensive• French• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
