First time dining here and it was a great experience for a girls night out dinner. The service was excellent - great recommendations, prompt and friendly service, quick follow up on menu questions - , the food was all delicious and the portions generously sized, the ambiance was relaxed but elegant, and we all appreciated the table lamp with adjustable lighting we could brighten to read the menu then dim while eating. Overall great place and we will definitely be back!

This was a great experience all the way through. It was easy to make a resy and it just kept on getting better. We had the salmon puff pastry, whitefish, pasta, Caesar salad and French Onion Soup. They were all 10's. Our server was perfect, not too attentive, just attentive enough. Our table was such that it felt like we had our own booth. It was easy to talk even though we were fairly close to the wonderful musician.

The food was outstanding, the ambience lovely and serene, the service was impeccable. So often "fine dining experiences can take too long, but this was perfectly balanced. We were in and out in about 90 min, which was just the right combination of attentive but unobtrusive. It is pricey though, so be prepared for that.

Food and Service were excellent. We went for lunch on a Wednesday, and it was crowded, Glad we had an Open Table reservation. My wife had the Grilled Shrimp appetizer as her main and I got the Diavola Pizza (No. 8) as my main. They were both great and large enough for us to both have a meal for take home. We finished up with the Pumpkin Gelato as perfect desert for this time of year. Our Server, Katherine F, was outstanding.

Ciao Amici has stepped up their game regarding service. It was exceptional this visit. The water waiter immediately filled our glasses as we sat down. The waitress was very friendly, fast, informative, and proficient. The food was quite tasty. The shrimp luca is an excellent choice along with the lamb shank. A very good dining experience. One small notation, the waitress should wait until the customer is done with their table conversation before making inquiries regarding placement of an order, rather than interrupting. It's a little rude.
