- JJulianVIPLondon •16 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe have been to The Three Horseshoes a few times now and always enjoyed great food, lovely service and a classically smart pub atmosphere, with log fires in winter and a sunny terrace in summer. An understandably shortish menu still manages to blend excellent pub food staples with a handful of more innovative starters and mains. There are also several delicious bar snacks to enjoy while deciding on bigger dishes from the menu. If we lived closer we would undoubtedly make our occasional visits more regular.More infoThree Horseshoes, LickfoldPrice: Expensive• British• Petworth•4.5
- GGrahamSurrey •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is the second time we have visited for lunch, and one again 5 star, the service and menus were excellent. We would book more often but we live 50 minutes to the north, and the guest we meet are driving 50 minutes from the southwest. - MMarjorieLondon •4 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWe arrived towards the end of afternoon tea service, and although we had booked we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for acknowledgement of our arrival in the lounge. The service was excellent, with a clear explanation of all the food we received. All the food was delicious. The noise level was quiet, but only because we chose a quiet lounge (no music) and asked for the door to be closed.More infoAmberley Castle RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Arundel•4.6
- KKerrySurrey •5 reviews4.0Dined on 8 Feb 2025This isn’t the first time we’ve visited. We went back because it was so good. This time was a little different. The rugby was on it was early evening and it was so loud. The menu was also different and not so many options. The food was ok but nothing special. Service was good tho same lovely chap with witty jokesMore infoThe Star & GarterPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Singleton•4.7
- NNatalieSurrey •2 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Dec 2024Lovely venue and very helpful staff. We had a cream tea for 2 with a glass of sparkling local wine (which we didn’t get!) Personally I don’t think I would pay that amount again for what we got, the salmon on a small roll was inedible and the sandwiches were literally a 1/4 of a piece of bread with filling each. The scone wasn’t particularly fresh and the cake offerings were tiny. The breakfast tea was lovely, and the service fabulous. So all in all don’t bother with the afternoon teas over priced, just not worth it. But service lovely so go and try the hotel, Spa and main meals.More infoThe Spread Eagle Hotel & Spa - The RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Midhurst•4.4
