Best Lunch Restaurants in Ironville

My wife and I stayed at the hotel and we had a 3 course meal on the Saturday evening and a 3 course Sunday lunch the following day in the Dovecote restaurant and they were both exceptional. We had a wonderful dinning experience and the staff were superb. It wasn’t cheap to eat at the Dovecote but you are paying for the quality and experience so if you fancy a treat i would highly recommend.

Had the 9 course taster menu. Each course was excellent, although it was funny that dashi featured in the first three courses. It didn’t matter and we would have gladly drunk gallons. The only picky point was that I told them I am gluten intolerant on the booking and when we arrived, but still got given multiple courses with gluten ingredients. If I had assumed that they were correct, it could have been messy.

The food was absolutely delicious, none of it could be faulted. The wait was minimal, amazing meal. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely place. Delicious food and good service. I particularly enjoyed the apple and rhubarb cheesecake! Will definitely be back 😊
