Wonderful view to a lake. Great for a chilled lunch in spring. Attentive service and decent food.

Really nice lunch time meal for two.Would have given 5 stars for food except for the fact that the mains were not very warm. Exceptional starter Tuna Tartare and desert Apple and Fig. The Pork saddle dish was also really tasty but somewhat cold and we needed steak knives to cut it up which were not provided initially. About £170 from the set menu choices including a couple of sides and drinks.

Everything was fantastic, great service from really friendly waiting staff, food was spectacular, had a private dining area as there were 11 of us, this was brilliant. 10/10.

As ever, afternoon tea in the Madeleine Bar was a really enjoyable birthday treat. Service is friendly and professional; customers are made to feel really welcome.

Absolutely outstanding. Superb food, and the warmest of welcomes from Aktar and his team. The food that comes out of Aktar’s kitchen is sensational. Whatever he and his team do in there may well be some kind of witchcraft. The Aloo Tuk alone is like little you will have tasted ever before. Not so cheap, but for this level of food and service, it is in my view absolutely worth the money. Smash that piggy bank, cash in that ISA, butter up your rich Uncle Desmond, but do try to experience this amazing, amazing, phenomenon at least once in your life.
