Best Restaurants for Groups in Lenwade

Lovely birthday lunch with my brother. We went for the light lunch menu for a change but even the club sandwiches defeated us! Surprise birthday dessert was gifted which was a lovely touch. Service not as good today as usual but they were busy. Christmas decorations look lovely. Still our favourite place locally as loyal customers.

Always a warm welcome. Lovely food, great service from wonderful staff. And the chippy bowls are quite nice too! 😉 Highly recommend

Brilliant service from delightful waiting team and the food was outstanding Beef carpaccio with all the trimming and sautéed scallops with a delightful light curry sauce made a perfect starter And we had Brancaster mussels for our main course in a white wine sauce . Big fat and juicy with chunky chips crisp outside and fluffy inside. Not forgetting a flowery gooseberry Sauvignon from NZ. Perfection And the classic lemon tart to conclude We have to return!

Yes it was noisy, but obviously due to a Christmas Lunch for a walking party. That aside usually not so loud!

Proper pub Lovely decor Food is really excellent - pub options plus more fancy stuff but just done really well!
