The Ferry Inn is a serendipitous country public house with welcoming staff, character rooms, candlelight, open fires, real ales, popular foods and fantastic sunsets. A 17th Century former smugglers haunt-- this is a pretty little pub in a lovely marshland setting with tables and benches on the front terrace and in the back alongside the riverbank. We had another excellent meal at the West House. The services is great, very laid back but efficient too. As it it a set menu I often end up with something I wouldn't normally order but I trust Graham's cooking and it is always delicious.
