We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Great starters and mains. The desserts were the only let-down. The Basque cheesecake was a little dry and the almond tart was dense and lacked flavour. I wouldn’t let this put you off. The overall experience was very good with the quality of the beef being top-notch and the cooking well executed.

Kyloe is by far the best steak house in Edinburgh. Service is impeccable and food is incredible. We opted for the "steak me out" formula. We had the chateaubriand which was perfectly cooked and melt in the mouth. The sauces were perfectly made, the whiskey and peppercon one was delightful. Personnel is very prepared and extremely kind. Kyloe has also been awarded a AA rosette and it is very well deserved as it is a real pleasure to dine here.
