We started Fatto a Mano in Brighton in 2015, serving authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients, in a friendly environment. For us, everything starts with our dough.     Wow, Not been here for 6 Years so decided to give it a go. Food was amazing - best goddam pizza dough I have ever tasted ! Staff were so helpful , happy and super nice . I had the Calzone , most filling thing I have ever eaten ! Bruschetta was 10/10 , Will soooo be going back again but maybe order slightly less lol ! Was a very busy night so we were at top of the restaraunt so was a bit noisy but other than that , 10/10 all round . Beer was lovely although not sure why they dont just serve in pints rather than smaller glasses - would save reordering - (ps - pet niggle of mine - if you serve draught beer , then fill up a pint glass !!) ) Overall super super happy and will be back again on regular basis !

    The food was amazing, staff were friendly. Unfortunately we were seated downstairs with a very loud hen party which overwhelmed the experience, it was so echoey! Would’ve preferred to be seated upstairs. Would recommend though x

    We had a wonderful meal … we ordered 6 tapas dishes between 2 of us - but it was way too much ! House wine amazing which is a plus ! Service cannot be faulted and the food was tasty, hot and plentiful! We will return.
