The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. The food and service are exactly what you’d expect from a good Gastro pub, however, it doesn’t do much beyond that. You’d get just as good a meal at a Gastro pub nearby, but here, you’re paying at least £20 more per person for a roast that has a Michelin Star. The experience doesn’t quite justify the inflated price.
