- DDavidSt. Louis •112 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoQuality is always high, and selections always are interesting. Good value considering the quality of the food. Wine list is reasonably priced. Staff is especially helpful and many are long term. Our favorite in London.More infoSt. JOHN SmithfieldPrice: Very Expensive• British• Farringdon•4.8
- MMichaelHertfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI’ve eaten here on a few occasions now and each time it has been a delightful experience, not to mention the food they serve is picture perfect and delicious! This time I brought a few of my friends as part of a jolly, the ambiance was perfect, the Christmas decor was out in full glory and the once again the food was exceptional, in particular the braised Herefordshire beef orgasmic! Clos Maggiore was brimming with customers, so much so we had to wait a little for our table. However by way of compensation we were treated to a really delicious glass of Prosecco which successfully sweetened the deal. My only niggle was that the sommelier was a little busy which meant the experience of timing the wine to the plate wasn’t spot on but in fairness the restaurant was packed! So overall we all had a really lovely time!More infoClos MaggiorePrice: Expensive• French• Covent Garden•4.6
- AAlanNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food is amazing! We had steak and the flavour was so good, the chips were superb as well. It is first and foremost a chophouse and therefore specialises in meat - the ones we saw looked superb. The menu is a little confusing but the very good waitress talked us through it and made sense of it. Overall, definitely recommend.More infoBlacklock SohoPrice: Moderate• Steak• Soho•4.7
- MMarkOxford/Oxfordshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had lunch on a Monday. Welcoming and attentive staff, with a pleasant manner about them. The menu was interesting, and choosing was difficult. We thought the dishes were beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The ambience was relaxed. It's clearly not the cheapest place to have lunch, but if you fancy something a bit special, I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly.More infoTrinityPrice: Very Expensive• European• Clapham•4.9
