The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. Booked for dinner and had a very enjoyable experience. The curries were very flavoursome and had a good spice to them. These were complemented with delicious Onion Bhaji and Vege Samosas as starters. Additionally, the service was very attentive as the waiters welcomed us and ensured that dishes were cleared after we had finished. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone in Balham.

Outstanding experience. Really well looked after from start to finish, as was my guest. And the food and wine were exceptional. As a diner who doesn’t eat out that much any more, but has been to all the best places including 3 Michelin star restaurants, I recommend highly!

Excellent bday celebration. 4th time that we have been. Excellent food, very attentive service from Maria (from Brazill) and her team. I tend to go for my bdays and I am never disappointed. Their taste of Hakkasan deal is also value for money for a restaurant of this calibre. Thank you for making my birthday special.
