Service was great! I like how they pay extra attention to allergies and they put sticks in allergy friendly foods. Love that they accommodate you. Outstanding service!!

This was our first time to visit Chart House - it was so wonderful! The view of the river at dusk, the options and quality of food was remarkable, our server Jessica was attentive, professional, and personable. The only drawbacks were, valet-only parking, a lack of espresso style drinks made available (quality of coffee should be superior), and the ambient noise. While it was not a deal breaker for us, the conversational noise level was a frustration - although, with the design of the space, there is not anything that could be done to change that. Marking the noise level as "energetic" is not how I would describe the ambiance; for people with hearing issues, a close conversation would be difficult. We will be back!

Everything is always amazing at Colbalt. We stay at this hotel three or more times a year and have eaten many meals at Colbalt. OOnly had one bad experience in all that time and it was from an inexperienced hostess. We have had great service from Brittany, Nadine, Angelica and others. The evening manager we usually encounter (Serge?) is amazing. Always wants us to be happy. And don’t miss MoTown Tuesday. It is the best entertainment beachside.

We had a great time! We booked for a sunset and the sky was beautiful! Food was great and our server was adorable. Made the birthday we were celebrating special!
