Best Authentic Restaurants in Saint James

Went for our anniversary and had the lobster Maki which is excellent and my husband had the Dynamite sushi roll. He asked if he could get the tempura lobster tail that came with my lobster Maki, and they accommodated this special request for an additional charge. We stayed on after dinner for some drinks and enjoyed everything about the night. Food is amazing, ambiance in the courtyard is awesome and the staff is great.

The second time we have been here. The first time the food and service were outstanding as was the case this time. On our first visit the sound/noise level was excessive and affected our enjoyment. On this occasion the noise level and background music was much better hence our five star rating.

One of the reasons we came back to Waves. We love the food offering here and the staff are lovely. Sure it’s a mix of different ‘Asian’ dishes and there can be some unexpected combinations, but it tastes good! Some people main about ‘authenticity’. Please…if you want authentic sushi, go to Japan.
