Meaza Zemedu started her business by supplying local Ethiopian stores with her home-baked injera bread, a crepelike staple of Ethiopian cuisine.Demand for the tangy bread grew, allowing her to open her majestic restaurant, which welcomes guests to dine on traditional Ethiopian fare. Second time for the Omakase, loved it as much as the first time. The espresso drinks were inventive and flavorful, the bitterness cut through by unexpected flavor elements . TL, our server was attentive and explained each course in detail.
