- HHuxleyChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a wonderful Valentine’s Day 2025 dinner at Prasino. The snowy Chicago weather meant it wasn’t overly crowded, making for a cozy and intimate experience. The ambiance was excellent, and while the entrée selection was somewhat limited, every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Service was attentive and professional. Highly recommend for a date night or a business dinner!More infoPrasino - La GrangePrice: Moderate• American• La Grange•4.7

- CCarolVIPChicago / Illinois •148 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had the Valentine Special - Surf & Turf. It has 2 Filet medallions with winter truffle crust and a 4 oz Blue Crab stuffed Lobster Tail, Roasted Broccolini and Mary's potatoes. My husband changed the potatoes to Betty's and the vegetable to garlic green beans. I ate both the tails and he ate most of the beef. He took home some leftovers. We tasted one of their new wines, White Meritage, which was delicious. We took a bottle home. We had a glass of Malbec with dinner. We always share a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and cooked very well. Rosa, our favorite server, took fantastic care of us. She is a fantastic person! She remembers our favorites and always has a smile!More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Burr Ridge, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Burr Ridge•4.6
- EElizabethLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went on Valentine's Day for lunch and it wasn't busy. The meats were excellent and my boyfriend was in heaven. The tri-tip and sausages were the high points for me. The parmesan chicken and parmesan pork were rather bland and dry. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the beef ribs, but the manager told me that certain meats aren't served during lunch to keep the price down, which is fair. The fried bananas and cheese bread were good, but nothing special. I LOVED the potatoes gratin and sauteed mushrooms. The boyfriend loved the mashed potatoes. If you're not a meat eater, you'll be very happy with the salad bar as there was lots of variety and plenty of heartier & higher-end items: potato salad, fresh mozzarella, two kinds of olives, goat cheese, smoked salmon, it goes on and on. I'm obsessed with the very generously-sized papaya mousse dessert, and haven't stopped thinking about it since. The service was really wonderful. The waiter, the gauchos, and manager were all kind and attentive. The waiter kept an eye out and proactively checked in, refilling our drinks and such. The gauchos seem to have a sixth sense for what you need more of. Definitely going back.More infoTexas de Brazil - Orland ParkPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orland Park•4.5
