We all had seafood that was cooked beautifully. You must try the Orange Roughy it was outstanding. I love Orange Roughy and not too many restaurants have it on the menu. My son had it with the Etouffe and I had it served blackened and grilled. We also enjoyed our sauteed spinach and asparagus sides. The problem I have now is that I loved these dishes so much I'll be going back and probably ordering the same thing! And then I won't be sampling anything else since I so enjoyed that.
